GreetNZ is a one day customer service Training Programme that helps people In the hospitality industry learn more about themselves and the type of service they deliver.
It also helps them to recognise the different personality types of customers and how to service each type in the best way possible.
Greet NZ is a one day course (9am-5pm) that has been developed for the Hospitality Standards Institute. It currently costs $195 (inclusive of GST) per staff member and they will receive a course book and Certificate of Participation. Its interactive, informative and fun, and your staff will come back to you excited, motivated and with a whole set of new skills!
Greet NZ provides a range of practical strategies for:
