Qualmark and its industry partners are pleased to announce the new assessment criteria for the Apartment sector. This new quality category came into effect on 1 May 2012 and gives accommodation providers the opportunity to be quality assured under a more specific and relevant quality category.

In recognition of the growth of the apartment market in New Zealand, and with a desire from trade to more accurately represent consumer expectations, this new category ensures guests can be confident in their decision when they book a Qualmark accredited apartment.
