As a member of Hospitality New Zealand you will have access to over 160 business resources, order Hospitality NZ endorsed signage and have access to industry reports to help you understand key drivers that can impact your business.

With the expert advice of the regional management team and support of our in-house lawyer we offer members professional legal advice at no additional charge* to the annual membership subscription. Our specialty areas are Alcohol Licensing, Employment and this advice can be provided to you by one of our eight Regional Managers with the support of our in-house lawyer.

Industry Reports

Hospitality New Zealand continues to produce an annual industry remuneration survey report that is free to its members. The report shows the average hourly rate across hospitality and accommodation categories, positions and by regions. A summary of notable changes in the market are also provided in this report to help members make informed decisions when looking the latest remuneration levels.
We also produce an industry market insights report that is free to members. This report captures and translates data from a number of sources, and translates it in a way to better inform hospitality businesses as to trends affecting their businesses.

Managers' Register Folder

The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (SASAA) requires information to be recorded by licensees with regards to all managers and manager's appointments to be notified to the District Licensing Committee and Police. This register will help you keep a summary of all your managers' information that is required by SASAA. This information must be kept for at least two years after it is recorded. Records may be kept electronically.

You can order your own Managers' Register Folder by completing the Hospitality New Zealand Stationery Order Form and send it to our National Service Centre by email, fax or post. The Hospitality NZ Managers' Register Folder will cost $23 (incl GST) plus courier delivery.

The cost of an A3 poster is $1 (incl GST) and a pack of 20 table-talkers is $5 (incl GST), plus the cost of postage and packaging.
