This workshop is suitable for upcoming or experienced leaders who want to know how to create a successful and cohesive team culture in the workplace. This is our Training Academy's autumn workshop series that starts on 7 March to 3 May 2017.
Crowd Controller Training CourseHospitality NZ and the NZ Security Association have partnered up to offer a two day course that delivers this qualification nationally for all hospitality businesses to meet the new training requirements.

This workshop aims to provide staff with the knowledge and skills to understand when to say yes and perhaps more importantly when to say no! It includes information on the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, how to identify minors and intoxication, the role the Police play in reducing alcohol issues and some great tools like "Serve Wise" which can be utilised back in their workplace.
